Yes! I ship internationally and offer free international shipping for orders over 35,000 yen.

(Please note that for domestic shipments within Japan, the minimum order value for free shipping is 9,900 yen.)

Orders placed within Japan typically arrive within 1-2 days.

For international orders, delivery times may vary based on the destination, but currently, orders to the US and UK usually take 5-10 days.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can stay updated on its location throughout the delivery process.

If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact me promptly at glowbytomoko@gmail.com to arrange a return. I am happy to offer a full refund for all goods returned within 14 days of purchase, given they remain in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
