I am usually in my treatment room during the day, so I may not be able to answer your phone calls. Please submit a booking inquiry via my website, email or DM.
I want to kindly emphasize the importance of letting me know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This will not only help my small business but also allow me to notify clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot.
If you know that you will not be able to make your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible (preferably 48 hours in advance, but 24 hours at the latest) so that I can update my schedule and make adjustments if necessary. I always try to accommodate my clients' needs and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Yes, currently, I am the only esthetician and I only have one treatment room. While I want to see as many of you as possible, I usually get fully booked weeks in advance, so please make sure to make an appointment before coming in to see me. Thank you!
I'm the only esthetician at the salon, and we have a single treatment room, so it's not possible for me to provide multiple treatments at the same time.
However, if you'd like to come in with a friend or partner for a spa day, I can offer back-to-back facials to accommodate both of you.
